If you can’t remember your password, follow these instructions to reset your password.

If you created your account using your Facebook, Yahoo, Google, or Twitter account, make sure to click the appropriate button to log in.

If you’re using Slate’s iOS or iPad apps, locate the menu button in the top left corner and click LOG IN / SIGN UP. More information on accessing Slate Plus through the iOS app is available here. Receiving the error "Failed to Complete Operation" when signing into the Slate app typically means you entered the wrong password. Click the Forgot your Password button to continue or email plus@slate.com for a temporary reset.

Occasionally, we hear from members who report that the sign-in page is loading incompletely—they see the footer of the page without the sign-in form, like in the image below. This is usually a browser-related problem. Try temporarily turning off any extensions or ad blockers you may have installed, or try a different browser.
