For iOS app users having issues, please download the latest update from the App Store. Avoid hard closing the app to maintain your sign in.


If you can’t remember your password, follow these instructions to reset your password.


Occasionally, we hear from members who report that the sign-in page is loading incompletely—they see a spinning wheel or get an error message. This is usually a browser-related problem. Try temporarily turning off any extensions or ad blockers you may have installed, or try a different browser.


If you are using software to block ads, please make sure to allow the following domains, which are services we use for authentication and consent management: tinypass.com, onetrust.com. 


If you created your account using your Facebook, Yahoo, Google, or Twitter account, make sure to click the appropriate button to log in.


If you are having trouble staying signed into the Slate iOS app, please do not force close the app. You will currently stay logged in while the window is open in the background on your device. We are investigating how to maintain that sign in longer and appreciate your patience.
