To access the ad-free podcasts and bonus audio content, you have a few options. The first is to listen inside Slate's iOS app—log in once with your Slate Plus account and all member podcasts are available (learn more about that here). The second option is to subscribe to our members-only podcast feeds in your player of choice. You won't find these feeds by searching in the public directories of iTunes or other podcast players. They're special, private feeds that you'll need to import manually into your podcast player—don't worry, it's easier than it sounds!
You can find your feeds on the Slate Plus welcome page (make sure you’re signed in to your account).
You can subscribe to the master Slate Plus Daily feed, which contains all of Slate’s podcasts. You'll find that link appears as the default option in the first box.
Or you can subscribe to the individual show feeds instead, which show you just the Plus podcasts you are interested in. For that you'll need to use the drop down menu.
To bring up your individual show feeds, select a show name from the menu and you will notice a new link generates in the box above. Copy and paste the new feed into your podcast player (see instructions below). Repeat for each show you would like to listen to.
*If the link in the box above does not change when you select a show name, please turn off your ad blocker or check from another browser or device. If you are using a mobile device, please note that the end characters of the link may have updated successfully but may not be visible.
